  The other day 45 Republican senators voted not to hold a trial on the impeachment ofLittle old Donnie Trump.Their motivation is obvious.They don't want to vote on the record.If they vote to impeach they will be primaried And if they do not vote to impeach that will be thrown in their face in the general election, Their failure to impeachHey president who led an armed Insurrection against the capital.All they care about is maintaining their own seat in the Senate.

This continues the pattern set when 140 congressmen congressmen and seven senatorsVoted to overturn the election of Pres. Biden after the mob was cleared out from the capital.Joseph McCarthy was once asked if he had no shame.The answer of these Republicans would be of course not.

A couple of weeks ago Randy Paul and Lindsey Graham let the cat out of the bag as far as what Republicans are going to be up to.Each stated that the Would never win another Presidential election unless the election laws were changed in the states.PaulAnnounced that he is going to be launch investigations aimed at ensuring the integrity of the next elections.This is all Bullshit.What he and others will be doing is encouraging Republican state legislatures to change election laws making it more difficult for the Demographic that votes Democratic to vote.You will see Republican legislatures adopting more onerous identification requirements and also eliminating or sharply reducing the ability to use mail- in ballots.As WC Fields once said,"Anything worth having is worth cheating for."

Already the PennsylvaniaState legislature is adopting rules to allow the Legislature to select State court judges because they were upset because the Pennsylvania Supreme Court refused to accept their nonsensical claims of election fraud,and they are passing legislation to severely curtail the powers of the governor and lieutenant governor because they are Democrats.Meanwhile theRepublicans now have a Congress woman who is a Q-Anon supporter and advocates killing political opponents. Just when you thought they can't go lower they surprise you.
